SAN RAMON, Calif. - The Cal State San Marcos Department of Athletics had 35 student-athletes earn 2015 California Collegiate Athletic Association (CCAA) All-Academic Awards, the conference announced Monday.
In order to qualify, student-athletes must be of sophomore academic standing or higher, hold at least a cumulative 3.3 GPA and must have competed in a conference-sponsored sport.
The CSUSM women's cross country team and women's soccer team each had 11 selections, while the men's cross county team had eight. The men's soccer team had three winners, and women's volleyball had two.
